    Working, but weird quality.

    Everything works and they’re great however the first time I ordered these they didn’t charge and the second time they came the lid was a big shaky and off. It sounds like it’s not on the specific path it should be and it’s rubbing on the case while closing it

    These are my first airpods, they have a pretty nice sound, noise cancellation is decent too. My 2 complaints is that one airpod drains faster than the other (checked settings but everything seems fine), other people have also complained of the same problem so I know it’s not just me. Lastly, I find the airpods uncomfortable, they cause me pain due to the bulky size (they press onto my ear cartilage too much) so I only wear them for 20 – 30 minutes at a time. Otherwise they’re good but not great. 4/5

    About time!

    I was so disappointed with the AirPods Pro first gen. To the point where I never ended up using them to listen to music because of their crappy mid focused sound. Of course you could fix the factory tuning with an in app EQ but I listen to Soundcloud mostly which means I’m stuck with factory tuning. So 3 years they sat in a draw and I swore I’d never buy AirPods Pro again. The H1 chip in the first series just didn’t have the performance I’d expect, it’s like they made mids a priority and forgot about bass and highs. They weren’t balanced in anyway to my ears. After watching heaps of reviews and most saying the sound is clearer and brighter I had to get them. Happy I did. They sound SO much better. Bright, clear mids and enough bass. Much more balanced sound. ANC is noticeably better as well. The H2 chip has addressed all the disappointments the H1 chip delivered. These are now my daily drivers and finally I can retire my old series 2 AirPods.

    A clear upgrade from V1

    It is a solid headset. I came from the original AirPods Pro and battery life, Bluetooth range, sound quality and noice cancellation are all a step better. There are probably other EarPods that are cheaper and do certain things better than AirPods Pro 2, but I reckon it’s still the best overall package especially if you have and iPhone to pair it with.

    Great product but I had to return as it hurt my ears.

    The Airpod Pro 2 is a very good product if you are on the iOS system. There are plenty of features and the ANC and sound quality are outstanding. The ANC is especially good since you don’t get that pressure feeling with some headphones. Sound quality is almost as good as top-tier headphones which is quite impressive given the size of the AirPods.Unfortunately, I did have to return it since the larger tip of the AirPods did hurt my ears with prolonged use. The good thing is Apple and Amazon offer a trial period for this product. I wouldn’t get it from an unauthorized retailer since that option won’t be available.

    Battery life isn’t good. And the audio quality isn’t that great either. The only good thing about the airpods (2nd gen) is the noise cancellation feature.

    in love with my new airpods pro!!

    i couldn’t be more happy with my first noise cancellation earphones!! the medium buds fit in my ear like a charm and as soon as i put them in my ear i felt myself teleport to another world!seriously! all noise was gone, and living in a noisy home this was a must have. i also had fun switching from noise cancelation to transparency modeso the first thing i did was i listened to 8D music and oh my. i’ve never felt so connected to music before😳it’s like i’m actually THEREthe sounds the airpods make when you tap and swipe them is so satisfying as well!!i use them with the wireless charger and everything’s just amazing 🤩definitely worth the money if you want to finally have some peace while listening to the most crispiest audio quality EVER!!

    High quality but pricey

    Very high quality sound, long battery life, and impressive features such as ANC and advanced tracking with U1 chip. Works best with Apple products, but can still be used on others. There are cheaper Apple alternatives that are still good quality, this is mostly for the best of the best features.

    When connecting with Bluetooth, they had a person’s name on the device name “Judith’s Airpods” WHY?Secondly, the Limited Warrany shown on my iPhone is Expires 15/10/2023 for an item that is supposed to be new. And only delivered on 28/1/2023.Apple’s Limited Warranty is 1 year!

    Amazing noise cancelling for the size

    I own the Sony wh1000xm5 over ear headphones and they cancel noise out very very well. The AirPods Pro 2 cancel noise on a level close to then and they are pocket sized which is amazing. They come into their own in the gym which is amazing.Best part about them is the connectivity and to anyone who is worried about the rubber tips don’t. I used to be but being Apple they just fit right and are comfortable. You forget they are in your ears

    Great feel but ANC could be better.

    ANC does not work well when you are on a scooter/bicycle (unless your ears are covered as it picks up the wind noise). Microphone is really good though.

    The Airpod pro is best no problem with sound or battery life. However, the hinge of the case lid is a little loose, I’ve noticed that when I push on either side of the case lid it makes a clicking noise. ‘m not sure if that’s normal though. so just giving 4 star

    The best I own. End Game as they say.

    ANC – really good, but can cause a pressure change in ear with some discomfort. Needs low/med/hi setting. On long road trips the ANC helps with ear fatigue due to road noise, but when driving around the city i use transparency mode for safety reasons.Transparency – excellent, can have a conversation with music on low volume in background no problem. However, when in a very quiet space you can hear the noise floor being introduced by the dsp.Adaptive transparency mode – the best feature and the future of ear protection. Prevents unsafe sounds from damaging ears. Things like dyson hand dryers and vacuums hurt my ears. I would be totally fine with wearing these to a live concert – in fact I did. While it wasn’t *perfect*, i still much prefer wearing these to ear plugs.Sound quality – excellent! The auto loudness shelf increases low and high frequencies as you reduce the volume. I happen to like listening to music at a low volume so this suits my use case. Look up Equal Loudness Contour graph or “Fletcher Munson curve” for a better understanding on what and why this meaningful.Microphone – I drive a loud 4WD and have always struggled with call quality while driving. I now use these instead and people I’m chatting to can’t even tell I’m in the car. No complaints on the microphone!Battery – no issues with the extent of battery life. When the battery is low they will have trouble connecting to your phone, but it wont be obvious that this is the problem. There is a widget that tells you the battery life but I’m not always looking at it, particularly when driving. It would be nice if there was an audible indicator on the airpod after inserting to ear which tells you when the battery is very low. (Like some other competitor earphones have)Issues – initially some crackling/popping while streaming audio, happens in transparency or anc modes, but after a firmware update this was fixed.Case scratches far too easy, recommend a case for the case. Elgato silicone are not great/collect dust. ESR cyber armor tough case is fantastic and cheap.Noise introduced from EMI with transparency mode on – have noticed this sometimes as i work in audio systems – when standing very close to equipment racks or busy electrical systems, sometimes noise is introduced through the AirPods. This doesn’t happen very often and will unlikely happen to most people.The spatial audio setting – while watching movie or TV content has a sound, almost as if you’ve placed speaker inside a pipe. However, they have achieved the phantom centre image quite well. High-frequency distortion, accompanies certain speech aspects while watching video in this mode.Conclusion – I am over the moon with these, after buying so many other ANC TWS buds, i have finally found ones that work extremely well. I can’t comment on how well they work without an iPhone, (I imagine not very well). They do have a little trouble connecting to Windows 11 laptop initially, but they do actually do a decent hand off from phone to laptop (dual connection). It’s not perfect, but ok.

    Excellent design, handy features like automatic pause and play, virtual leash between the TWS and connected phone, etc. I like Spatial Audio, but it is only available on Apple Music. The audio quality of the AirPods Pro 2 is good enough to satisfy regular consumers, but maybe not sufficient for Hifi users.

    Hands down best for IOS

    Best noise reduction of any buds I’ve tried. Perfect connectivity as with everything in the apple ecosystem. ‘Find my’ sounds have already saved me the sticker price several times over – case will alert you if you walk away from a bud. So simple, but genius!Not the longest battery life but buds recharge so quick in the case it’s a non-issue

    Amazing integration with Apple, very easy to use

    I was a bit sceptical with airpods at first. I only got it for the form factor.They do not have the best sound or noise cancellation. But they are a big winner in terms of practicality and functionality – especially if you have an apple device. And if you have multiple devices, then it is a no brainer.There are some things that the airpods do really well. They connect automatically when placed into your ear. They switch easily between devices (usually automatically) when you begin playing a new sound. They pause when you take an earbud out. Using only one airpod automatically puts it in transparency mode. It is very easy to switch between transparency and noise cancellation.I cannot say what the experience is like for non apple devices. But these little conveniences that save a few seconds many times per day, that make them delightful to use.

    The noise cancelling is twice as good as the first gen ones, it really is noticeable. The inclusion of speaker on the charging case is nice incase you need to find them. It works a lot better with Find My, you’re less likely to lose them.

    slightly less clarity or its just the the bass overpowers compared to the 3rd gen but these will stay in ur ear way better and honestly thats worth it even tho it can get that uncomfortable pressure feeling in ur head and u will hear the thumps as ur walking/jumping but tbh when u have music on u dont notice it and using 1 size down eartips helps with the pressure and it still stays in ur ear way better than the other ones and also! bro these things are hella expensive man why risk it falling out even just the feeling of it falling out, like the 3rd gens are loose af but they wont just drop out unless ur spazzing and whipping ur head around its just the fear of it falling out, these ones make u feel secure. the bass just has something thats not there on the 3rd gens, tho its not too drastic but good enough to keep this one over the others. plus the eartip grills act like a second layer of protection against ur earwax and stuff while the 3rd/2nd gens are straight up raw dogging it so my justification is these will last longer

    I was skeptical, but now i’m a convert.

    I hate Apple, the conpany sucks, they do awful things, manipulate buyers and rip users off with their exclusive apple ecosystem.That’s why i was skeptical about these headphones, my last apple product was an iphone 4s, that they were caught slowing the processors down, the excuse being to prolong the non replacable lipo battery. Just gross behavior.These headphones are truly amazing, i’m blown away by the noise cancellation, sound quality and size.So glad i went for the pro 2nd make version, these are premium. For noisy streets and plane flights, every day use, it’s a large quality of life increase for me. Not many products in life can make me feel noticeably happier, these do.All the horribly city noise is sucked out of my ears with the press of a button, play a song or ambience music and bang, you can’t hear the world. It’s actually a game changer!Note, i also own the bose qc 2 headphones, same price range. I love those too, but in the streets, i’ll only ever wear the airpods and at home, it’s a mix, 50-50, i like over ear style headphones and they never fall out or become loose like airpods can. Sound cancellation on the airpods blows the bose over ear style ones out the water.Only flaw? I can see myself losing one of these down a drain grate one day, or having it crushed in a crowded street. They can fall out if you’re not vigilant, so be warned, this is the price we pay for such amazing things, there is a risk. For me i know the risk and don’t care, i’ll be careful.

    Falling out of my ears

    I purchased the AirPods Pro and was excited to use them during my workouts. However, I found that they kept slipping out of my ears, even with the different sizes of ear tips. It’s frustrating because the sound quality is great, but the fit just doesn’t work for me.

    I didn’t receive the warranty for the product and seems not new. The number of the series is different to the number of the airpods’s series.The warranty says that finishes on October 2023. And should be one year from my purchase.Don’t buy this product!

    Has issues

    I experienced the audio drifting issue (look it up) that made it sound like audio was randomly and suddenly shifting to the left side, even with spatial audio and noise cancelling turned off. The lid on the charging case was also loose and rattled in my pocket. Have gone back to my first gen AirPods Pro, and honestly couldn’t recommend the 2nd Gen until Apple gets on top of these issues.

    Bought these because I heard that they offer excellent ANC. What ANC? Sound quality is good but on par with much cheaper headphones. ANC is worse than a cheap Srythm NC headset. Save your money and avoid.

    best earphones i’ve ever tried..

    i had powerbeats pro for working out, different headsets for gaming consoles.. work/conference calls.. this has replaced all of them.. absolutely amazing on calls, with a USB dongle playing PS5 or XBOX is amazing… the spatial audio, ANC and more importantly the qualityas a multiple-device apple user it automatically switches to apple tv, iPhone, mac seamlesslythe only downside is the stock pieces suck.. they fall out and are not good with sweat.. so you need to get 3rd party foam tips once that’s done and fits in the sound is even better..not sure what else you can get in the $1000+ market but I’ve tried many many earphones and these are the best..

    Great addition though one thing needs work

    Love the AirPod pro so had to upgrade to the gen 2s. While the case adding the “find my” function and the AirPods themselves adding the ability to turn volume up and down via the stem rubbing motion is all highly welcomed. The sound quality could be better. But overall they pair so nicely with my other apple products and most convenient earbuds for iPhone users as Siri works so well with the AirPods.

    Outstanding Pair of Earphones

    Excellent sound quality, noticeably better with bass then the original Airpods Pro. Noise cancelling and transparency mode are both much better. Touch controls are weird at first but easy to get used to. Worth the upgrade! 5 Stars.

    For those who don’t know what an audiophile is, an audiophile is someone who is into hifi audio. Being an audiophile myself, I had low expectations but they’re actually pretty good! Bit too much bass for myself but everything else is great!

    When it arrived it was sealed and I thought it would be fine. It was not fine, when i unboxed them it showed that they were activated in October of last year. Stopping me from buying AppleCare+ and shortening the manufacturer’s warranty.Buy from a physical retailer, open it in the store and make sure the warranty date is correct.

    What a great update to the first gen!I got the previous one on launch day and used them everyday since I got these!Love the fact that these have speakers so I can locate them which was painful before.Noise cancellation and sound quality has also improved significantlyI have noticed a difference in speed when switching devices, Its much faster now.

    Never have imagined the new AirPods Pro 2nd generation will be replacing my two in-ear and overhead noise cancelling headphones!I would really recommend this to others, plus the new chipset allows you to track and find the location of your AirPods!The iPhone app support is also excellent for its spatial audio, sound quality is really high quality as well.

    BEWARE of the warranty on the product and Apple recognising the device

    I purchased the Airpod Pro 2 on 20th March from amazon.com.au, the device itself is original and does not seem to have problem however when I checked for the warranty on the product on my iphone it showed I had only till 25 November (9months and 5 days) not the 1 year, neither I can get a AppleCare+ as you can see on the image.I also purchased Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen on the same date and it also have a limited warranty of 1 year as opposed to 2 years which is by the Australian Consumer lawNo wonder when I directly asked Apple store about purchasing from Amazon they said I need to beware of support/warranty without divulging much even though the product maybe genuine.On contacting with amazon I was “assured” that amazon will take in case of an issue, without any clarification on the above fiasco and there is no mention of the above info anywhere before buying this product. I doubt they may remove this review as well.

    Great if you have the right shaped ears

    I had mine for a week, the sound quality was amazing and a massive upgrade from the AirPod 3rd edition but none of the tips fit well in my ears. To expensive to not fit in one’s ears.
